    It would have been interesting to see an after shot of that poor Shun classic chef’s knife that was chipped so badly. Thanks for the video!

    I agree with organic. Tuffy,  I love to watch your videos but I was looking forward to seeing the Shun after you’d finished it. Along with a comment on how long it took to do it. Also, did you do all the work on the Shun with the WE?
