Became interested in knives and sharpening about a year ago after years of sharpening by hand with mediocre results at best. Truck driver by trade, but my passion is sharpening. After trying several different sharpening systems I came across W.E.. Purchased pro-pack 3 in early march 2017 and have been sharpening 2 to 3 knives a day since, about 30 or so at this point. The stones are breaking in now and the last several knives are the sharpest edges that I have ever seen in my limited experience. I am able to put way better than factory edges on the knives that I’ve done so far. Look forward to getting tips, advise, and good conversation with everyone in the WE community, and who knows maybe even contribute ideas eventually.
