Just a little info… I noticed the site running a little slow, so asked about that… there’s still a lot of things running in the background upgrade related… so that will smooth out.
I also lost my avatar and had to reload it… some of you may have to also.
I’m also curious if those that had an issue inserting photos using IE still have that.
I’m sure they are… I imagine there’s a few bugs to iron out.
Some topics can be set so that only logged in members can see them.. if they’re not, they get the error you saw. So probably just a “switch they gotta flip” in the settings somewhere.
I cant copy paste using Android platforms. I could before.
No matter where I try and paste, it always puts it right after the first letter in the first sentence. This post started with “I can’t” it would put it after the “I” no matter where else I try.
I read that, perhaps some parts of the migration were still in process. Maybe, but now it has been quite awhile to think that would be the case. The site is definitely slower. I can open a topic/thread, but it takes a good 30 seconds before I can do anything, including scrolling. Same with message creation or editing.
Of course, I can live with that, but it is a step backwards from where we were. Anyway, it may be worth asking the hosting folks about.
Overall this upgrade has been pretty much a non-event. Can’t ask for much more.
I agree… I’m seeing the same thing, I’ll pass this and the android issue along.
(You must have taken a day off… there was bit of an issue. Hats off to the website team for getting on top of it right away though… they did a great job.)
I did have a few problems accessing the site for awhile, but not more than for one evening. I just went through an Exchange upgrade at work. We did one site out of ten. I keep fining things that are not quite right two weeks later now. We planned and tested the hell out of that system.

I had my first problem today. :S Everytime I got on the site would crash. :huh: Did it right after my first post this morning. I sent a email to the crew and just a little while ago I finally was able to get on. :cheer: It is amazing how addicted I am to this forum. I really missed not being able to take a break and read for a few minutes :whistle: All is well in my little world again! :woohoo:
