A few months back I bought the Pro-Pack 2 and since have sharpened close to 150 knives for friends family and myself. I’m having a hard time understanding what would be the best choice to add next to my accessories. I would like to get a more polished edge after looking at the pictures you all post I want to learn how to achieve that mirror appearance! If you would please give a brief explanation to your suggestions.
