Any one up for a for sale or wanted section so forum members could sell knives to other members ?
and possibly an open chat section so members could talk about non-sharpening topics..It’s just a good way to get to know our forum community better. Not that I’m much of a talker…

You would have to check with Clay regarding the sale section, but you are free to talk about your knives/collections under Knife Pictures.
Having said that, I am not sure whether Clay’s vision for the forum is for it to be a Knife Forum per se or rather a sharpening forum. We shall see when he gets back from the ranch. Meanwhile tell us about your prize knives.
Leo…I’m not a Prize Knife type person..I use mine..well some of them, with a few nib spares
and I don’t have any for sale I was just wondering..like seeing what people are useing and have picked up a few from time to time.
I just had something strange happen during a post. I was replying to a post; selected submit and my screen flashed and the post just disappeared but was not submitted. I reposted and submitted then got a warning message that my posted exceeded the number of allowed characters but then it went thru. Wierd.
That is weird! There have been no other reports of that behaviour, so maybe it was a one-time glitch. We will see if it occurs again. Meanwhile, I will let the IT guy know.
Thanks for letting me know with this post.
No worries, I’m an IT Software Quality Engineer so I understand “glitches”. Sometimes they can lead to other unknown issues though so I wanted to send up a flare.
