The knife gig started out really slow and then turned to pocket knife city. Finally I get one Henckel and then at 11:35 or so I get a gathering of Kitchen Aide knives. Ended up the day with 12 knives, 1 clipper and 2 sets of cuticle scissors..-----all in all, a nice day.

See you thur. at my first visit to the new Whole Foods outside far.

Vid is 14 mins. today

Had a good day searching for gold on the beach…

Interesting… I’d probably grind those tiny little scissors down to the handle if I tried that.

Any chance you could include doing one on the next video? :stuck_out_tongue:

A video of that would be very nice indeed.

Yeah, that is like freehand sharpening at 300 feet per second… but moving the stone instead of the device being sharpened … and a slight hesitation or change in pressure means a divot that can’t be repaired.

Tuffy, you must have very steady hands..

the cordless runs really slow when first turned on.

most of the time i have to increase it just a bit.

i also wear these to make sure i find and follow the angle…strong rated…works for me
