Wrong, it’s a cheese knife I picked up today. 14" stain free high carbon rosewood handles,Dexter Russel.
I doubt that they are required to be razor sharp, but this thing took an amazing edge at 22 degs.
It was cheap enough, only 15.00. The guy has 2 more I might get and rework them into some other style knife.
