Hello from Texas! I’m new to knives, well good knives, I’ve had a few that I thought were ok…until I started to research. I’ve bought 14 new knives over the last 2 months, so I guess you could say I’m hooked. I did more research and decided on the Wicked Edge Pro Pack 2, which I received about 2 weeks ago and I’m really enjoying the learning process! It actually feels therapeutic listening to the stones slide against the steel…that’s something I didn’t expect! Anyway, I look forward to all the experience and knowledge passed on along the WE Forum.
