I have a basic system, but need to add the low angle holder. Will the W.E. low angle work with my system. I have the WE100 (along with several additional stones and strops).

Michael, there are/were two versions or styles low angle adapters (LAA) depending on the model of your vice and jaws. The newer style for the cam action vice is wider than the original LAA. I believe your WE100 with the screw type vice, uses the older, narrower, original style LAA. You may be able to use the newer wider style LAA with both style vices. That you’d have to call WE for the answer.
I have both WE systems (old and new vise styles) and the new wider LAA. Can attest to the fact that the new wider LAA fits both.
