I bought the edge pro kit 1 took me a good year to save up for it. The leathers are falling off the plastic after doing 4 knives. Is this warrantied?
Bummer they fell apart, possibly a fluke of bad gluing or something Id guess. Id give em a call first thing Monday. You could email them too, but for me nothing is as reassuring as talking with someone directly.
They have taken care of all my issues without fail or question…best customer support Ive ever seen. 
One of my micro-fine ceramics dislodged, as well. I used a high temp glue gun to re-mount it. I haven’t had any problems with it since.
