Will it whittle a hair? Cut a hair that is not on your face? Im referring to a utility razor , razor blade.
No in fact, sometimes they won’t even shave arm hair on one side 
which means they have a wire edge/burr. You can test this by just picking some up at the hardare store and you will see what I mean.
If i’m not mistaken a razor blade is around 600 grit.
