Where do I clamp this knife? I have tried it two or three different ways and cannot get an even bevel. What do you guys think?

I’d clamp on that section directly above the center of the edge. Looks flat & parallel in the photo. I’ve been clamping my Delica on the tiny bit of flat above and behind the thumb hole. Your flat in the photo looks much bigger.
I have sharpened and reground a few of the silent soldiers… you have pleanty of flat part to clamp it on to. But if you aren’t/can’t get an even bevel I would check to see if your vise is bent.
