Hey Tuf, every time I watch the weather in one of your vids, I want to emigrate. Is that Virginia? And what does hot goose mean? Even Google can’t help me.
That parer in the last shot has a great shape. Is it a Shun?
Great job as usual I would say the parer is a Shun definitely the 3rd and forth customers knives look as is they are not designed for cutting on a board unless you keep the heel ends away from the board for cutting . My guess is that they are budget supermarket knives . Still if the owner likes them then there is no problem.
