Today I finished up the set of carbon steel Sabatiers and 1 nice Sog Tanto for Mr Ryan.
Had to clean up the Sabatiers a bit before sharpening, but they turned out nice.

bar keepers friend and very fine steel wool. the first time i have used the two together, but it will not be the last…
