Hi guys.
I have the following diamond grit stones, all brand new:
100, 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2200.
i am manually breaking them in. I have a cheap practice knife i purchased to do it.
so i figure 20 sharpening sessions to break them in, 50 strokes per grit per session = 1000 strokes with each grit.

Thanks for the vid.
Im starting to think it worth while to get one with micro adjustment as per your recommendation. I will likely go for the WE66.
What do you think of how sturdy the knife is clamped in the vise?
