I’ve tried with the blade level, but I’ll give it another go. I’ll take a better photo when I get home, but you can see a sliver of brown marker on the tip. I can’t seem to remove it no matter how I position the knife. So I guess I have a second shoulder on the tip of the knife. The rest of the edge is fine. Thanks for the reply. I’m sure I’m doing something in my setup to cause this, I just haven’t figured it out completely.
