Saturday at the east beach fare was great again today.
Had a nice Shun, Global, several henckels – some garden stuff and 1 kewl cleaver and auto benchmade Tanto – model: 9100 – nice – needed tip work and sharpening.—14 knives on site and 2 garden cutters.
Will sharpen the Tanto and cleaver in the morning and deliver later. Hedge trimmer and henckel tip for next Saturday.
Got a call from the Va beach farmer markets and my application was approved, so soon I will set up there after I get my license from the city for that location.
Good luck to everyone – see you Thursday at whole foods. – vid is like 5.5 mins.

I like that cleaver it looks a bit special hand forged by the looks of it and carbon steel judging by the stains.

Actually, thats just about the uglyest cleaver I have ever seen. However, it does look like it would be a perfect workhorse. Edge looks good tuffy, keep up the good work and good luck at the fairs. 🙂
