    Dumb question…  Looking back at your “before” pictures and me being a wood guy, I noticed the shelving wood before you painted it.  I know you have different wood from us on the mainland but is that mahogany?

    Next question:  It’s clear that you’ve gone whole-hog into the knife business.  So how did you happen to go down this path?  Was it your uncle or did you have some other thing leading you astray?  Oops, I meant “this way.”

    Oops myself! It’s 4:45 in the morning.  I think I shall hit the hay.
