π Saturday at the knife gig brings out some strange and kewl tickets.
Sport knife β many kitchen knives βleather belt cutters β nice old boy scout pocket knife and then a big Indian Gurkha/Khukuri/kukri knife which has never been sharpened and probably not designed to be sharpened and this one had two smaller knives resting in back of the sheath β they are called: Kardas, but generally only one and a small sharpening one. Odd to find two like this.
Stand by for a pretty kewl morning β steady, never rushed kinda day β I liked it.
I have been looking for bench style buffers now for several days and looked at some really nice ones here and there, enco had my eye for a spell and then I talked with doc at his store in Washington, ga and he suggested I purchase a model 114 baldor buffer, so I find a local vendor here that can get one for me, but it is a bit pricy. I start looking more β millions on ebay, then I hit the ticket made by EastWood in PA.
Here is pop β he has some nice knife stuff.

When it comes in next week, I will do a vid on it. Buffers do a really good job on knife clean up and polishing and especially old carbon steel knives.
