Knife gig went pretty well today at east beach fare.
Started out a might slow, but ended with a bag or I should say a Global ending on the a.m. and a golden ending for the afternoon spin in the bay waters.
See everyone Thur. at Whole Foods.

You had a productive day it looks like. Love the brass band. That knife with the serrations on top, it makes me think of the older fish cleaning knives with those serrations designed for scaling the fish.

That looks like a real chefs choice of Globals I have done all of those for other people .
I have done a Global cleaver which is quite rare it is a good weight and I did the bevels at 30Ëšeach side it came out good and sharp plus I did not thin it so it should stand up to beating through bones.

Tuffy, I have been wondering for a while? Where is the land of nada? Is that a catch phrase you guys came up with for the land of nothing?
