    Hello all. Just got my pro pac 1 about a week ago, been sharpening everything in the house. Have had 1 problem with one of the arms. It seems that the rod has gotten stuck on the pivot pin now the whole pin moves with the rod. Called Wicked Edge talked to Kyle and 5 days later I have a new arm assembly. If only all shops had this kind of customer service.
