It looks like we may be getting a taste of what Clay and the Wicked Edge team have been developing as an optional upgrade to the current platform.

Check out this thread for details!

    Hey Steven:

Please start spelling vise with an “s”. Vice implies that there’s something nasty going on here! LOL 😛

    Oh, man!… That’s Embarrassing 🙂

And to think I was an English major before I switched my degree to Advertising.

    …Sorry guys.

    🙂

It’s not as bad as it may seem. You were merely using British English.

The definition of vice from the Merriam Webster (US) dictionary is:
”vice noun ˈvÄŤs
: bad or immoral behavior or habits

: a moral flaw or weakness

    : a minor bad habit”
It does not include

However, the definition of vice from the Cambridge dictionary (UK) includes:
”mainly UK (US usually vise) a tool with two parts that can be moved together
by tightening a screw so that an object can be held firmly between them while it is being
    worked on:”
I checked on Dictionary.com. Under VISE, they have the definition as:

Any of various devices, usually having two jaws that may be brought together or separated by means of a screw, lever, or the like, used to hold an object firmly while work is being done on it.

Looks like one or the other is peeking across the pond.

I don’t suppose it would be fruitful to suggest to the guys at Cambridge that there’s an easy fix for the confusion.

I can’t sleep. Maybe it’s because I’m anticipating Clay’s video showing off the new viSe 🙂 prototype… Just maybe.
