Hello Everyone. Like so many else, I am a knife enthusiast, and beginning to get into collecting. I also have a nice kitchen set (Shun) and really wanted to get into my own sharpening. Looking forward to learning more. I have a Generation 3 on the way to the house as we speak.

Well, I said Boston, because that’s easy, but I am actually VERY close to you. I live in Lincoln and work in Waltham.
