    Happy out with my new purchase but hasn’t come as sharp as I would like. Going to give it a run on the WEP and bring it to a 50/50 edge as there is a 70/30 at the moment. Keep ye posted

    Just do it the same angle each side 15˚ maxif you look down the blade from the point you will see the blade is set at an asymetric angle if I remember correctly so even sharpening at 50/50 will retain the 70/30 – out of the box the right hand bevel is worked more than the left so the bevel is wider on the right but the angles are the same Misono are good and thin with good steel you could sharpen at a lower angle if you use it carefully say about 11˚that should have it sticking in your cutting board.
