The bottom 2 lines are suppose to be spread out in table format.

There are a couple of excell spreadsheets that work great for this in the downloads section.

you could edit them to have any of the colums you list. It is important to keep track right away and keep notes. It will save you time..

That’s what I did. On my mac an Excel like program is called numbers. That’s what I used.
