Joe Calton, a knifemaker, occasionally puts out a video on how he tests knives and how well they hold up. His tests are simple and straightforward… thought some of you might enjoy. Here’s his latest… “Cutting chopsticks”… (you can find others from there if interested).
p.s. He makes a nice little “necker” if you’re in the market… here’s mine…
