New guy here, but not new to sharpening. I have been using a KME sharpener for a while, but decided to upgrade to the Wicked Edge system, mainly because it’s easier, since I can do both sides of the blade at the same time. I got the Generation 3 Pro, with all the extra stuff that comes in the Pro Pack III. Basically I got the Pro Pack III, but I swapped out the WE130, for the WE Generation 3 system. It comes out to the about the same price, mainly because the carrying case is a lot smaller and cheaper. I’m going to break in the stones on my cheap kitchen knives, before I start doing my regular knives. The knife in the picture is my Sterling Silver Buck knife.
