From Colombia, asking for some advice.

Hi, im from Colombia, i am a chef and i bought the WE basically because i was tired of sharpening my knife for hours with really mediocre results. Ive been sherpenig my knifes and also my coworkers with awesome results, and a business opportunity was open for me in the sharpening world. I am really interested in any kind of formation in sharpening.

Could you explain what is “formation in sharpening”? To fix the problem I need to be able to replicate it. Could you explain what is the problem? And how did you try to solve it?

Just keep reading and visiting forums like this.  The WE forum is full of great information, tips, and tricks.  Many of the active users on this forum are either avid sharpeners, semi professional sharpeners, or want to be good enough to be professional sharpers.  Sounds like you have a great tool to get you on track. Keep practicing and learning.

Im sorry if i didnt explain myself, long time no writing in english. What i meant with formation was any kind of academic course where i can learn more about the tricks in sharpening.
