    I had a good day today at the fare. Not many customers, just a good number of knives.
    Today was last day here at Whole Foods. Made some preparation to move on today as well, so maybe next wed, fri and sun. I will give the big va beach farmers market a spin.

    A good haul .
    I had five ceramic knives to do yesterday which I did on an EP with super fine diamond followed by 3000 grit diamond tape easy enough to do but they take a long time so I charge €16 each.
    I imagine you could do them on the WE with the 1000 grit although I think the super fine diamond is 1200 still if the 1000 does not micro chip then the WE would do them in half the time.

    Good idea about giving notice of your coming to your new location. It might not take long to build up your customer base.

    I’m working on a similar agenda to open up at a new location up the road from the little flea market.
