    Yes, WE offers handles with glass of aluminum platens on both sides.  Look under the “Accessories” pull-down menu.  FWIW, I have use glass and brass platens and I prefer the metal platens.  Less chance of breakage and scratching a pricey knife.

    This handle you pictured is glass blanks on both sides.  Some of us have sanded/beveled the thin outer edges of the glass blanks to prevent them from accidentally scratching our knives during their use.
