    Hello all! This is my first post here! Ive been sharpening on the edge pro apex for over a year and a ton of knives under my belt on it. I decided to upgrade to the wicked edge and man I’m glad I did! I’m getting great results but the leather strops I got in the pro pack 2 are curved? Are they all like this Or did I get some defective ones? I believe I would get better results if they were flat like the ones I used on the edge pro. Your thoughts?

    Leather strops are never 100% flat. But since leather (at least this cow leather) has a lot of give, it should work out fine.

    Hey knifenut, ill throw in that leather absorbs stuff so if you dont apply the compound evenly it will swell more in different places. It shouldnt affect the end results like mark said.
