    Marc,

    Thanks for your reply. my main concern is that you have used apparently some parts from wicked edge which are not available anymore. Especially the support with the rail guide for the WE130 & the squre bar (apprently a previous raiser model…)

    So I’ll have to do some Aluminium milling, but I don’t have a milling machine.

    I’ll try to do that with my router.

    Will post some pictures if I manage to build something.

    Regis:  If you want to try milling aluminum with a router, you would probably want to have a variable speed router and set it for its lowest speed.  I haven’t tried it, but there are a number of youtube videos at https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=milling+aluminum+with+a+router.

    I made a base out of ABS plastic and machined the slots with a router.
