    Like an idiot i lost my Mini Barrage in 154CM steel. So i ordered from Amazon a new Mini Barrage 585-2 in CPM-S30V

    Does anyone have any experience with CPM-S30V steel, compared to 154CM Steel. Difference in sharpening, edge retention etc…
