So Optics Planet decided to follow up dumb with stupid. In my previous post I explained I ordered a PP3 with case from them and they sent me the PP3 without the case. So they send me an email Friday stating they are sending the case. Great I thought. WRONG. Upon looking at the order they placed on my behalf, they were going to send a PP1/PP2 case and a case that is less money and call it even. WRONG on their end. They weren’t even going to say anything. I called customer service🙄 and after trying to explain what was going on and getting no where I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold and when the representative came back I was informed that all supervisors were busy but I would definitely get a call back that evening. Crickets. Nothing. Nada. These people are shady and avoid doing business with them at all costs.
