Hi All, I finally ordered the Pro Pack 2 and can’t wait to get it and begin this new adventure. This is my first pro sharpening system. (I have an abundant supply of band aids at the ready!). I have only used stones, and the electric Chef’s Choice Diamond sharpener in the past. I have been reading this forum for a couple weeks now and have found a lot of interesting information….so much so it convinced me to pull the plug and place my order. Of course the Mrs. had a say so in that decision also! I look forward to reading and posting in the near future!
