    filmed some live paddling with the gopro today, but had it mounted way way to high in the sky.

    Forgive me for saying this but the forked end of the knife indicates that it is a cheese knife it is probable why it is slotted to cut down on the friction whilst cutting through a large slab of cheese. Still if it is used on a cheese board it is quite possible that it gets used on tomatoes as well!!
