    Got this in… you really feel like you are sharpening a piece of history w/ this one. I think it was my customer’s grandfather’s knife! With all the steel already gone I definitely didn’t want to take it to the belt sander (although mine runs extremely slow). So for absolute minimal steel removal, I of course go to the Wicked Edge! Just a basic 600 grit edge on this one.

    I know right! It was interesting… the knife had such a small handle it wouldn’t even be held in place with the small knife jig, I had to use paper towel to shim it!

    What ever it takes….Josh…. making stuff work is what I was born to do…. stuff like this can be a challenge, but lots of fun.

    IM a bit like MacGyver, and the Professor from Gilligan’s Island…. who could take a few coconut shells some palm leaves and some sea shells an make a small nuclear generator.
