    Hey Tuf, every time I watch the weather in one of your vids, I want to emigrate. Is that Virginia? And what does hot goose mean? Even Google can’t help me.

    That parer in the last shot has a great shape. Is it a Shun?

    Great job as usual I would say the parer is a Shun definitely the 3rd and forth customers knives look as is they are not designed for cutting on a board unless you keep the heel ends away from the board for cutting . My guess is that they are budget supermarket knives . Still if the owner likes them then there is no problem.

    yes shun – broken tip and big knife was wooden handled 1954/56 cutco she told me.

    klondike, hot goose………..just slang i use to say i had a good day sharpening or finding gold…. 😉
