    This was a fun project! removed the recurve and fixed the tip to make it pointy again, also modded the swedge. It’s now sitting at about 8 thou thick at the shoulders of the edge with a 15 dps Wicked Edge on it!

    Yes I do kitchen knives the same way Mark, although you have to be careful not to grind too thin unless the user will be very careful to use it properly.
