Super, Josh! Did you use modified stones? You also got it nicely polished near the bolster.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hey everyone, I’m new to this forum and about a month into the wicked edge. My first true mirror edge on my BM 943 blade. Finished with 1k diamond stone then 1200, 1500, 2000 grit AO sandpaper then stropped with 5, 3.5, 1, 0.5. Spent a lot of time with them and almost scratch free under a USB scope.</p>

Thanks! Your the reason I dropped a boat load of cash over the last 4-5 weeks, lol. I bought a BM Rift exclusive(orange) from someoneon BF that had you sharpen it with a mirror finish. I have never experienced such a sharp or polished blade like that. Understanding it’s not the tool but the man behind it, I decided I wanted to be behind this tool! I have a LONG way to go but so far I am enjoying every minute and making my knives WICKED sharp! And they are beginning to look good too. Here is the knife I believe you sharpened.
