    I ordered a .1 micron lapping film off of Amazon and when I got it today, it had a green color to it and was leaving some black stuff on the edge. I was wondering if the .1 micron film was supposed to look green because it looks light gray/clear at the wicked edge store.

    David, Could you share with us a little more description of the product you bought from Amazon?  Maybe include the link to your particular purchased product.  Amazon lists so many different lapping films it doesn’t give us enough to go on to try to help you.
